Tell us what broke.

One address reaches the people who write and run this site. We read everything and answer within two business days.

Corrections

If a page is wrong, out of date or missing a failure you have lived through, say which page and what happened. Corrections are our favorite mail. We fix the page and move its date.

An object that saved your day, or failed you

We build pages from real failures. If something on our list failed when you needed it, or something not on our list earned its place, we want the story.

Brands, retailers and affiliate programs

We do not sell placements, sponsored posts or reviews, so please do not ask. We do join affiliate programs for products that already meet our standards; program invitations and partnership questions are welcome at the address above.

For quotes or questions about the site, write to the same address with "press" in the subject line.
